Zoops FORGELITE™ billet alluminum pulleys are made from billet 6061-T6 by using an Aerospace Forging Process. This process creates pulleys that are 400% STONGER than cast pulleys and 50% STRONGER than plain billet pulleys!Zoops pulleys are forged in a unique process that allows the metal to be formed to the shape of the pulley-resulting in an ULTRA-STRONG Forging that is just like the forged crankshaft and pistons used in high performance motors. In fact, more than 1800 forgings are used in a Boeing 747 airplane!! For durability and safety, each pulley is heat treated to a T6 condition which HARDENS and STRENGTHENS the pulley forging to PREVENT fatigue cracking. We then DOUBLE TEMPER the forging to improve overall toughness and to prevent warping under load.

Zoops FORGELITE pulleys are:

  • computer designed and CNC machined to exacting tolerances and perfect balance.

  • available in an as machined finish or a HAND POLISHED finish. We do not powder coat our pulleys due to the inherent yellowing, cracking & chipping which is characteristic of powdercoated products.

  • the STRONGEST pulleys made - bar none. They will not only add class to your motor, but also a lifetime of reliability!

  • priced less than plain billet pulleys because of savings in material and machining time! With Zoops FORGELITE pulleys you get the BEST FOR LESS!!!

 

All Zoops Power Steering Pulleys are CNC Machined from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum. The smooth design along with the Hand Polished finish will dress-up your motor's belt system and allow for easy cleaning. We do not recommend powdercoating of pulleys due to the inherent yellowing, cracking and chipping of this process.
