Order and Shipping Information

ZOOPS Shipping Department
We ship all orders the most efficient way possible. We recommend using your credit card for easier and faster ordering. All expenses incurring shipment will be charged on your credit card. All orders in stock are usually shipped within two business days and sent via UPS or U.S. Postal Service.

Back Orders
Items not in stock will be shipped when available. Back order items are indicated on invoices in the back order column and are not charged to customer until item is shipped.

Special Orders
Please call us to place an order for a non-stocking item. These "special orders" must be prepaid in full. Special orders are non-returnable. If the item is for a specific vehicle, then please have year, make, and model of vehicle ready when ordering. Delivery time on special orders varies.

Return Policy
All returns must be authorized before sending the item back to us! Please call our sales department to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt and contain original packaging. Returns may be subject to a re-stocking charge. Sorry, no cash refunds. No returns on electrical items or books & videotapes. No returns after 90 days!

Sales Tax
California residents add current applicable tax.

Resale Dealers
State resale license number an/or credit application is needed at time of order.

Warranty
ZOOPS offers a one-year warranty on all of its products for defects in material and workmanship. Any product found defective will be replaced at no charge.

Freight Policy
We will ship by the most economical carrier. Most orders are shipped UPS FOB Banning, CA.

Claims
Any shortage in shipment must be filed with ZOOPS within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Claims for items damaged in transit must be filed directly with the carrier.

Advertising
Products must be represented and advertised as "ZOOPS PRODUCTS".
